MOLD TESTING & ASSESSMENT
|
If you suspect mold growth in your home,
Integrity's qualified inspectors can help find and indentify
the problem and its cause. We offer lab testing, as well
as simple visual inspections.
If you can already see the mold, chances
are good that you won't need any pre-testing; we can come
out and look at the problem, provide you with our recommendations,
and, if necessary, provide you with a written estimate for
removal. In many cases, we can advise you on how to take
care of the problem yourself.
THE FEE FOR A VISUAL INSPECTION
IS $125.00
CRAWLSPACES ARE $150.00

If testing is necessary,
we can normally perform it at that time, and the inspection
fee is waived. If you do need our removal services, then the
fee will be credited to your contract. Air
or surface testing begins at $325.00,
for two samples; each additional sample is $75.00.
Sometimes, two sample is sufficient, but umore may be required
depending on the circumstances. Please call us to discuss
your specific needs. |
