I cannot say enough good things about Shannon. He was very professional, polite, positive, and informative. I felt I was going to be in good hands. Shannon even left me with his cell phone # in case I had any questions over the week-end. This gave me a since of security that I needed because I have never gone through an experience like this before. Shannon knows what he is doing, and his intelligence is sensed by the customer- it was by me. He taught me a lot that I didn’t know which helped me cope with the problem. Shannon knew a lot more than most about his job, and this was obvious to me. I thank Shannon for all his hard work. He stayed until about 7:00 P.M. Friday night. I was impressed.
